Yet Another Running Update

Alright. So, as some of you may know, one of my personal goals is to run 10k in under 43 minutes. As well, this blog is coming a bit late because I ran a 10k race this weekend. Which is going to be this post's topic. Well to say the least, my goal is unbroken. However, I was able to set a personal best, at 43:52 which put me in 22nd place out of the almost 900 runners. So in that regard, I didn't do too badly.

Well I'm just going to have to keep training in order to break my goal. All I need to do is shave less than 6 seconds off per kilometre. It sounds simple but I know it's going to take a lot of training through the hot summer days. At least progress is being made though.
